With CareConnect you can directly connect with your support workers and you could save more than NGO and other service provider service fees. That can add up to more hours of support for you.
You agree the rates directly with your support workers
Once your rate is agreed, you pay the agreed rate plus 5%; while support workers will receive the agreed rate less 10%.
The example on the left has a CareConnect agreed rate of $120 per hour. Rates typically between $100.00 - $500.00 on the platform. Support workers come from different background, qualifications and education.

Because we're online, our operating costs are lower. We pass the savings on to you. You simply agree to a rate with the support workers you choose and CareConnect's platform fee is just an additional 5%.

All Independent Support Workers on CareConnect are verified with references, qualifications where necessary and Sexual Conviction Record Check if providing support to people under the age of 18.
