Our story
Inspired by what is now one of the largest online community care marketplace in Australia, Mable, CareConnect was born in Hong Kong in 2022.
Since ageing population has become a global threat, and Hong Kong currently has the longest life expectancy in the world, there should have been more community care and support workers and allied health professionals involved, but this is not the case.
In order to expand the industry's workforce and alleviate the impact from ageing worldwide, CareConnect now invites care and support workers, as well as healthcare professional, and people who're seeking support to participate through a revolutionary way. This online platform enables users to connect with each other via various modes of communication, such as inbox, creating agreements, submitting support schedules, and more.
Unlike other community care service providers, CareConnect creates a safe but transparent place for users to connect with the people they love, where their background, qualifications and more are shown, and we ensure everyone on the CareConnect platform is trustworthy.
